Ownership & funding
Following a management buyout in 2005 the Company, which was established in 1958 , is jointly owned by the Cherry family and Bank of Scotland.
A substantial funding package has been provided by Bank of Scotland which includes the provision of significant working capital facilities to finance future projects. In addition, we are bringing forward joint ventures with notable partners on a number of key developments.
