The Vibe forms part of Phase 1 of the New Broughton regeneration scheme, which will comprise of approximately 1,500 residential units, along with a new primary school, all of which will be constructed by 2012. Further phases will follow on with the development of 5,000 units that will be constructed from 2010 over a 10 year period.
