Planning consent has been secured for 2.3 million sq. ft. of biomedical and medical research space, together with further clinical accommodation on a site adjacent to Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge - Europe's largest teaching hospital. 


The Campus, which is already home to Cancer Research UK, the Medical Research Council and Cambridge University is allocated for further expansion in the Cambridge City Local Plan. The development is a joint venture with Liberty Property Trust.

Countryside Properties under a joint venture with Liberty Property Trust and Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust have received planning consent for the development of 70 acres of land adjacent to the existing Addenbrooke's Hospital on the southern fringe of Cambridge.
