Improving quality of life
We strive to improve people’s quality of life by creating inclusive places with a wide range of social and community infrastructure such as schools, shops and neighbourhood centres, and areas of open space. We have also successfully introduced long-term management arrangements into our major schemes. We continue to differentiate ourselves by being able to deliver all the ingredients required to create new and regenerated communities.
We are committed to the highest levels of design quality and place making as demonstrated by our enviable achievement of receiving more than 110 awards for design quality since 2001.
