Many of our leisure schemes are provided as an integral part of mixed-use developments.
One such example is at Merton Abbey Mills in South West London where we have developed a nine acre brownfield site adjoining the River Wandle and provided high density residential accommodation, together with a mix of commercial and leisure uses, including a new health and fitness centre, a hotel, two restaurants, and the refurbishment of the existing Arts and Crafts Market.
