Sustainability

We have been recognised as a leader in sustainable development.

With sustainability being a core principle of the planning system today we believe that being a good corporate citizen benefits all our stakeholders, whilst creating added value and the delivery of new business opportunities.

Integrity and Trust

Countryside Properties has always been a family business and we invest heavily in our employees as we recognise the key to success for any company is its people.  We have a strong continuity of management with many senior people having been with us for a good number of years which is important to our partners on the many long-term schemes with which we're involved.

A key message to our people is integrity and straightforwardness in all that we do. Hopefully from that approach comes a reputation for honesty and reliability which underlies everything we do.

Partnerships

Many of the Group's projects are successfully developed in partnership with other organisations, local authorities, housing associations and local communities. Partnerships are often the best way of successfully developing complex sites which benefit from the combined experience, skills and shared resources of the partners.

Our Land Requirements

To meet the ever increasing demand for new and affordable homes, and commercial property, Countryside Properties is looking for land of all types: brownfield or greenfield, urban or rural, large or small, with and without planning permission. If you have a development opportunity or land you wish to sell please see Contacts for further information.

Effective introductions will always be recognised.
