We have recently moved from five Trading Subsidiaries to three Trading Divisions. A ‘New Homes and Communities’ Division has been set-up incorporating Southern residential, Special Projects and London & Thames Gateway’s non-estate regeneration projects. The Regeneration business is split into two geographical Divisions, North and South: ‘Regeneration South’ Division combines In Partnership and London and Thames Gateway’s estate regeneration projects, while the ‘Regeneration North’ Division builds on the existing strengths of the Northern business.
