The historic Surrey town of Weybridge is best known for the exclusive St George's Hill, home to celebrities, including Tom Jones and Cliff Richard.  However, apart from a host of famous residents, it is also the quintessential Surrey commuter town with a 30 minute train journey into London Waterloo station.

'Sterling Place' is an exclusive development of just 16 three bedroom townhouses and one two-bedroom apartment, conveniently located on Oatlands Avenue.

Chris Crook, Managing Director of Countryside Properties, comments, "The new luxury homes we have created at Sterling Place offer purchasers the opportunity to combine the appeal of period style exteriors with the benefits of modern, stylish interiors that befit this prestigious area. The reason Weybridge is so popular is due to its close proximity to London, excellent schools and rural charm, which have proved a popular combination for homebuyers who are looking for a tranquil environment and a more relaxed pace of life."

The homes at Sterling Place have been created in an Edwardian style characterised by elegant red brick and complemented by a sandstone banding and Tudor style timber relief.  In contrast with the traditional exteriors, the interiors of the townhouses are highly contemporary incorporating luxurious finishes such as walnut inlaid doors, while the fireplaces have been constructed from granite, limestone and steel.

The kitchens combine sleek granite surfaces and amtico flooring with extremely modern stainless steel appliances, while the bathrooms incorporate Durivat Starck sanitary ware and Hans Grohe fixtures.

The prosperous town of Weybridge caters for most modern services and conveniences, while retaining the character and charm that has made it so popular. There is a wealth of shops from high street chains to numerous boutiques and delicatessens. Schools, both state and private, cater for all ages, including Cleves School, Walton Leigh Special Training School and Oatlands City Infant School.

Convenient road and rail connections are found within easy reach of Sterling Place.  Located within a mile of Walton-On-Thames station, frequent trains to London Waterloo have a journey time of approximately 30 minutes. The A3 is less than 2.5 miles from the development offering direct access into central London to the north, while Junction 10 of the M25 is only two miles away.
