A development of just ten new homes has been launched by Countryside Properties which are each expected to be sold for between £1.5 million and £3 million.

The five and six bedroom detached houses will create an exclusive gated development in one of the most sought after areas in the South East, located directly opposite Ascot Racecourse and within easy reach of Ascot town centre. Each house has been designed in an elegant Queen Anne architectural style, offering substantial living space of between 3,725sq.ft to 6,215sq.ft, in generous grounds of up to three quarters of an acre.
