Twenty-one magnificent new four, five and six bedroom houses are being designed and built in the sought-after village of Stock in Essex. Countryside Properties Plc. has purchased this secluded site in a premier location and work at 'Honeypot Lane' will commence in spring this year. The development is surrounded by established trees, which add maturity and character to the setting.
Chris Crook, Managing Director of Countryside Properties' North Thames Division comments, "It is extremely important to get the design of the houses exactly right in a location such as Stock. Indeed, the traditional architecture of the homes is characterised by traditional timber boarding and hand-finished clay roof tiles. Every detail of these new homes has been carefully planned to complement this exclusive location's charming combination of space, tranquillity and greenery."
The interiors of each home will be equally impressive with a specification of the highest quality. Each house will have a Woodcraft kitchen, Villeroy and Boch sanitaryware in the bathrooms and many of the homes will feature a balcony leading from the master suite.
Honeypot Lane is located on the outskirts of the village of Stock, approximately two miles from the town of Billericay. The A12 is just two miles from the centre of Stock and frequent train services run from Billericay to London Liverpool Street (journey time approx. 30 minutes).
