Sunday Times survey highlights Countryside as undervalued

In the SundayTimes/RSM Robson Rhodes survey of the most undervalued companies by the Stock Market, Countryside Properties was placed 23rd. In the survey, of 24 February 2002, undervalued companies are defined as those whose profit growth, both past and forecast, is most divergent from their stock market valuation. The survey highlights that despite earnings growth* of 28.8% Countryside Properties has a p/e ratio of just 6.3.

* Compound annual growth rate in earnings per share over 3 years of historical earnings and 2 years of forecast earnings based on institutional brokers estimates
