The Board of Countryside Properties Plc is pleased to announce that Mark J Boleat has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1st January 2001 in succession to Peter H Quinn who will retire on that date.
Mr Boleat (51) is a Business Consultant and Non-Executive Director of each of the Comino Group plc, Scottish Mutual plc and Abbey National Life plc. He was formerly Director General both of the Council of Mortgage Lenders and the Association of British Insurers and also a member of the Board of the Housing Corporation.
