London and Amsterdam Developments Limited have a wide range of experience in large, mixed use and retail developments. The Directors of the company have been responsible for major projects in the UK including the Albert Dock in Liverpool and the regeneration of the Ocean Village in Southampton.

Countryside Properties plc is known for its creation of sustainable, mixed tenure new communities. They have worked with Southwark Council since 1983 and are currently building the Great Notley Garden Village in Braintree and the Greenwich Millennium Village in London.

ING Real Estate International Development BV is a wholly owned subsidiary of ING, the Dutch based banking and insurance group. They are a market leader in retail developments and past projects include Heuval Galerie, Eindhoven (1993 Shopping Centre of the Year) and Beusplein in Rotterdam.

Terry Farrell and Partners is a world renowned firm of architects and urban designers with offices in London, Edinburgh and Hong Kong. Their previous work includes Paddington Basin, Brindleyplace in Birmingham and Kowloon Station in Hong Kong.

Michael Hopkins and Partners employ 77 architects and have won many major awards for their buildings and flagship developments. They are committed to producing high quality architectural buildings that include the Inland Revenue Centre in Nottingham and the Mount Stand at Lords Cricket Ground.

FSP Architects and Planners Ltd are experienced at developing many inner city projects involving public, private and voluntary partnerships. Previous works include the Albert Dock in Liverpool, Trafford Park in Manchester and the Hackney Viaduct in London.

Bovis Lend Lease is a global leader in project delivery. Its projects include Bluewater Park and Canary Wharf.

Ove Arup and Partners is an international firm of consulting engineers. Their previous works include Paddington and Euston stations in London.

Buro Happold operates as a multi disciplinary urban planning consultancy and worked on The Millennium Dome in Greenwich and Waterloo Bridge in London.

BT is working with Countryside at the Greenwich Millennium Village on equipping the community with a fully wired community of the future.

Background Information

London Amsterdam Countryside is a joint venture company consisting of London & Amsterdam Developments Ltd, Countryside Properties Plc and ING Real Estate.
