Countryside Properties is widely recognised as a responsible developer, fully committed to sustainable development. This is the fifth year that we have reported on our environmental, social and ethical performance. Our web based Environmental, Social and Ethical Report 2005 describes our progress against each of the actions and targets that we established in 2002. It also gives details of our Environmental, Social and Ethical (ESE) policies and highlights our commitment to urban regeneration and the creation of sustainable communities with a number of case studies.
