Innovative housebuilder, Copthorn Homes, is set to bring its exciting and imaginative brand of new homes to the online community with a new generation corporate website, which is set to revolutionise the hunt for a new home.
The brand new, interactive website – which is now live on the internet - will enable buyers to tap into a unique resource, which will allow them to search for a new Copthorn home from the comfort of their home:
“Our previous website has already enabled net surfers to discover Copthorn Homes and learn more about our range of homes at developments throughout London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Kent,” explained Neil Armstrong, Marketing Director for Copthorn Homes. “However, with the launch of our new generation corporate website, the search for a new home online is set to enter a new dimension in interactive communication. It follows extensive research with our customers as to what they want from us.”

Using the new website, buyers can search for their perfect new home, determined by area, price and type of property, as well as view a slide show of images at selected sites, which show the interior, fixtures and fittings available. In addition, they can browse previous developments to get a clearer idea of the care and detail that goes into each Copthorn home.
The News Centre section will be of particular interest to journalists, who can access all the latest press releases and contact the PR department, as well as gain up-to-date price details, whilst the Buying Made Easy section helps buyers understand the benefits of buying a new home, and includes comprehensive information and slide shows as well as details of the Part Exchange and Chain Break scheme. They can also discover what makes each home special, and learn about ‘Options and Choices’, Copthorn Homes’ special package designed to personalise each new home.
Much in the same way that Copthorn Homes is continually searching for new ideas and ways in which to bring innovation to its ever-changing portfolio of developments and products, the new website will constantly evolve to keep pace with the needs of buyers in the 21st Century:
