Countryside Residential, part of the Essex based development company Countryside Properties, has been recognised for its high standards and attention to detail in house building by House Beautiful magazine in their 1998 New Homes Awards.

Countryside Residential won this year’s ‘Best Finish by a new Housebuilder’ award after consumers recommended them in one of the four reader-voted categories included in the competition.

Hand crafted kitchens and a wide range of selection options allows Countryside’s purchasers the opportunity to fully reflect their own tastes and ideas in their homes. Countryside offer their customers appealing designs and quality finish through extensive choices and options, innovative design and high-quality specifications.

Countryside’s architectural detailing and landscaping has also recently been applauded by RIBA who gave them two Housing Design Awards for planning and design excellence at Fallowfield Village, Hallatrow, Somerset and at St Michaels Mead, Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire.

Countryside Residential aim to meet the current and future demands of modern living, striving to satisfy the needs and tastes of consumers with their flexible, high quality designs and features. The ‘Best Finish by a new HouseBuilder’ award is evidence that Countryside’s attention to detail and standards of service are succeeding in meeting the consumers’ expectations.
