The interior design is second to none at Countryside Properties' show house at Anns Walk in Clements Park, Brentwood. To match the contrast of an urban village in a parkland setting, Countryside commissioned interior designers, Clement Joscelyne, to come up with an equally contrasting theme within their highly contemporary new houses. In keeping with the image of these innovative homes, a unique combination of interior designers, Clement Joscelyne, and the latest fabrics from the Designers Guild, has been put to work together to show off the inspirational new concepts in design.
Helen Moore, Sales and Marketing Director of Countryside Properties' Residential Division, explains, "We were looking for less predictable ways of showing off these highly contemporary designs and have found a unique combination by using Clement Joscelyne to interior design the show house with the very latest fixtures, fittings and soft furnishings from top designer names. The results speak for themselves."
The houses at Ann's Walk reflect current contemporary design, with double height and vaulted ceilings, round windows and flexible open-plan living areas. Countryside has created a specification with smooth, clean lines to complement these rooms: sanitary ware from Villeroy and Boch with striking brassware by Hansgrohe, SMEG stainless steel and glass appliances and even a SMEG retro-style fridge-freezer in a choice of contemporary colours.
Clement Joscelyne is a chic firm of home interior specialists, supplying and consulting on all aspects of interior design. The company has been working with Countryside Properties throughout the UK for a number of years, ensuring the quality of the homes are reflected in their highly acclaimed show houses.
Clement Joscelyne has continued the theme inside the show house, using a cool and fresh colour palette with pistachio, aqua and lavender shades. In the second house, used as a sales centre, stronger colours such as lime green and raspberry have been used. Fabrics, wallpapers and rugs are from Designers Guild and furniture is predominantly from Designers Guild and the French company, Roset.
Clement Joscelyne offers an interior design service, which allows customers to combine their personal taste in decoration with the professional skills of an interior designer and the suppliers of the finished product.
Designers Guild is well renowned for its stunning designs and wholesale of furnishing fabrics, wall coverings, upholstery and bed and bath collections throughout Europe and worldwide. Its business philosophy is to combine creativity and innovation with the highest levels of quality.
