Innovative housebuilder, Copthorn Homes, has recently unveiled a new show apartment at its Waterstone Park development at Stone, near Dartford.

The new, two bedroom apartment has been designed to give a flavour of the type of space and style to expect from the variety of one and two-bedroom apartments recently released at the popular development, and also to illustrate the type of kitchen and bathroom fittings available.

Finished in soft and subtle, ‘spring like’ shades of mint green, pastel blue, honey and cream, the apartment exudes a fresh and airy appeal. The living area has an open-plan styling - with pale pistachio green and cream upholstery balanced with dark wood, complementing the kitchen with its clean, white units, topped with anthracite worktops and brushed steel handles. The kitchen is fitted with a stainless steel oven, hob and extractor hood, plus an integrated fridge / freezer and washer / dryer. The nearby bathroom is finished in soft primrose yellow, with a classic white suite.

“This subtly finished apartment has been designed to give a good indication of the style that can be expected at Waterstone Park, without being overpowering and distracting,” explained Neil Armstrong, Marketing Director for Copthorn Homes. “Potential buyers can use their own imagination and gain an appreciation for just how much freedom of choice they can have, rather than feel they have to copy a certain style.”

Waterstone Park could be easily described as offering civilised solutions to urban living. Set on the periphery of Bluewater in Kent, the development offers an inspired blend of homes designed with Copthorn Homes’ inimitable flair and imagination within a ‘garden’ environment. All homes have been designed to blend beautifully with the unmistakable vernacular of West Kent, whilst proclaiming their individuality and style.

As well as the famous Bluewater shopping mall situated just a short walk away, Waterstone Park is perfect for commuters, with the M25 just two miles away and London Bridge within a 39 minute train journey from nearby Greenhithe. There is also a brand new Ebbsfleet high-speed rail link scheduled for completion in 2006/7, which will bring London St Pancras Station within 20 minutes and Paris within just 2 hours.

Apartments at Waterstone Park currently start at £140,000 for a one bedroom apartment, £175,000 for a two-bedroom design and £280,000 for a three bedroom townhouse.
