Fourteen years of estate agency experience and a particular interest in land and new homes have given Land Buyer, Andrew Cook, a thorough understanding of superior design and workmanship in the property market. A recent recruit to the Countryside Residential team at its Leatherhead office, he has decided that he likes the Company's homes so much he and his family are going to move into one. The property he is purchasing is one of just five houses at Yeomans Croft in Great Bookham.
As a Countryside Land Buyer, Andrew works in a team and it is essential that each member has the necessary 'people skills' as well as an understanding of the technical issues involved. The team establishes and cultivates contacts for sourcing land, which will be suitable for residential development, and it is important that they are sensitive to the needs of the local area as well as the practicalities of design and construction.
Andrew comments, "Myself and my wife Adele were eager to find a house that would match our requirements and those of our two small children. We are looking forwards to the end of September, and having the extra space in the generously proportioned rooms, but also so the kids can play in the good-sized garden. It is very near the centre of the village and is convenient for the local school which obviously is a great advantage for us".
Andrew has previously worked in south west London and the Home Counties and is already familiar with the area in which he has taken up his appointment. When the opportunity arose to join such a widely acclaimed organisation he was delighted to be considered and immediately jumped at the opportunity to work for Countryside Residential.
Empathy for the environment, combined with meeting the demands of modern lifestyles are the sort of issues that Countryside addresses when it is initiating a new development. Recognised for its superior specifications the Company is also known for establishing homes in locations that attract a wide spectrum of purchasers and providing an exceptional after sales.
The Company's Sales & Marketing Director Richard Rawson comments, "The fact that Andrew is moving into a Countryside Residential property is a clear endorsement of the Company on several levels. We are proud of the standards we set for our properties".
