As part of its continued expansion in the North West, Countryside Residential has appointed Ann Lever as Associate Director responsible for sales and marketing.
Ann has over 17 years experience in the housebuilding industry and joins Countryside from Miller Homes where she was Sales Manager. She said: "I am delighted to be joining Countryside at such an exciting stage in its development in the region. The company is expanding very quickly and I was keen to join a company that has such an innovative approach to new house building.
"Certainly, the Countryside product is the most exciting thing I've seen in the business for a long time, and the company plans to introduce many different types of homes to its existing portfolio in the New Year. As well as our flagship developments, Winwick Park, Warrington and Wychward Park, near Nantwich, we will be opening a number of new developments across the North West in 2001."
In her new role, Ann is responsible for a team of around 20 people. She will oversee all sales functions, public relations, print, media and advertising for the company in the North West as well as appraising new land.
"Countryside Residential is already making its mark on the North West property market and our product range has been very well received by home buyers," she said. " I intend to make sure that the Countryside name in this region is synonymous with quality as it is elsewhere in the country and I have every confidence that the sales and marketing team here in the North West will be able to deliver that quality in everything we do."
