To be known as Parr Woods and located on Lumb Brook Road in Grappenhall, the development will comprise 31 four and five bedroom homes priced between £315,000 and £360,000.

Countryside Properties is already developing the infrastructure at Parr Woods and a show home is due to open in February 1999. The executive homes are designed to a very high specification, with the first phase comprising five homes of character.
