Our Environmental, Social and Ethical Review 2003 is being mailed to shareholders today (Monday 12th January). It will therefore be published on our website on Tuesday 13 January.
This is the third year that we have reported on our environmental, social and ethical performance. However, this year we have changed our reporting format in line with best practice. The Environmental, Social and Ethical (ESE) Review focuses on the key aspects of our strategy and performance and rationalises the objectives and targets we set last year into four principal goals - management, environment, social and ethical and community. You can download a copy of the Review in pdf format or request a copy by emailing company.secretary@cpplc.com
The Review is supported by our full web based ESE Report 2003 which describes our progress against each of the 30 actions and targets we set in 2002. Further case studies and details of our policies can also be found in the Report, which can be accessed in the Group Profile section of our website or via the 'quick link' on the corporate website home page.
