Countryside Properties PLC, a leading developer of sustainable communities, is pleased to announce the appointment of Gary Shillinglaw as Company Secretary.
Mr Shillinglaw has previously held the position of Group Company Secretary at B&Q, First Leisure Corporation and The Albert Fisher Group. He will succeed Robin Hoyles, who is also Managing Director of Countryside Properties' Special Projects Division.
Graham Cherry, Chief Executive of Countryside Properties, commented; "We are very pleased to welcome Gary Shillinglaw to the Company. His considerable experience and good track record will be of great benefit to Countryside Properties in the period ahead."
