Enjoying a busy life and keeping on his toes is the aim of Countryside Residential's new member of staff Adrian Wallace and, being one of the latest recruits to the Company's Leatherhead office, it is very likely that this is exactly what he is going to be.

In his new role as a Buyer Adrian's main responsibility is the estimating of purchase orders for Countryside's developments. This involves daily liaison with the contractors, estimating and calculating expenditure in detail, attending monthly progress meetings, preparing budget reports and costing jobs from the start to the end of the month.

Adrian, whose background is in the property and construction sector, has worked in several parts of the country and up until recently was based in South London, where he completed two years with another national housebuilder. Prior to that he studied for an HND in Building Studies at Southampton Institute of Higher Education and on completion left Hampshire to relocate to London.

"I like to play hard and work hard", he says "And am now looking forward to my new role where I will be using all my skills. Being offered this post was an important career move for me and I accepted without hesitation".

When he is not working Adrian continues to be just as lively. He keeps himself fit by playing football, going to the gym and kick boxing. In addition to being a keen music lover, he likes live bands and clubbing.

Sales & Marketing Director Richard Rawson remarks, "Countryside Residential has recently appointed several new members of staff and Adrian not only brings extensive experience but also great enthusiasm and energy. He will be a valuable asset to the team".

Countryside Residential is currently building new developments throughout Surrey, Sussex and Kent.
