Launched last summer, Countryside Properties’ development Trinity Green in Warrington, has caused quite a stir in Warrington town centre. Over half of the new homes have been sold already and 50% of these have been acquired by local people.
David Yarwood, who moved to Trinity Green last month from Paddington, five miles south of Warrington comments; “Trinity Green is a lovely development in an ideal location so close to the town centre and all other amenities. There’s nothing else like it in the area – that’s why I bought here. I love being part of this exciting new community.”
Ann Lever, Sales and Marketing Director for Countryside Properties Northern is delighted with the success of Trinity Green so far. “Our aim with Trinity Green has been to create a new urban quarter with city style and sophistication.
“It is not simply about building houses; it’s about creating a new and vibrant community in the true sense of the word, with something to suit everyone’s needs and requirements – whether it is proximity to shops just around the corner or simply being closer to your workplace.
“We have a great commitment to the Warrington area not only through our new developments here and at Lymm but also because we are based in the town so it’s great to have this success on our doorstep.”
Situated in Church Street, on the site of the former Trinity school, the new development will ultimately provide 153 stylish homes, creating a new urban quarter with city style and elegance.
Trinity Green is an ideal location, tastefully landscaped and incorporating 21 three bedroom and 35 four bedroom stylish and contemporary homes.
Additionally, there are one and two bedroom apartments ideal for the young professional working in Warrington with excellent access to the commercial hubs of Manchester and Liverpool by road or rail.
