Countryside is a multi-disciplined house building, development and construction Group with a turnover of £200million. Its operations also include commercial development and design and build contracting for affordable housing. The Group operates in London and the South East, South West, North West and North East.
We are interested in both brownfield and greenfield land ranging in size from 0.5 acres upwards for private housing, up to sites for new communities of several hundred acres.
We will acquire land with or without planning consent. We have a proven strength in design and town planning and have obtained planning consent on many contentious sites.
The Group's unique combination of residential, commercial and affordable housing skills has meant we have particular expertise in mixed tenure and mixed use development.
