To increase visitor numbers further Countryside Residential Ltd. is launching an enhanced and comprehensive new, state of the art website that is innovative and easy to use. It provides an interactive guide designed for quick and easy reference for prospective house buyers. The site utilises the latest flash technology rather than standard html code to create a visually striking, bold and easy to navigate site.

Guy Lambert, Corporate Communications Manager, explains, "The aim of the website is to provide homebuyers with services and additional information that are unattainable through traditional methods and, to make buying a new Countryside home and, selling an old one as stress free as possible."

He added, "We have been designing the website over many months to really bring Countryside Residential’s brand values to life. I’m delighted to say that we’ve achieved this and its extremely easy to use as well."

For quick and easy reference, the website is divided into 7 different sections:

The Introductory page summarises Countryside Properties PLC and explains the ethos of Countryside Residential as a housebuilder. It briefly describes what its customers can expect from the company in terms of house design, environment, quality of build and its customer services.

Home Search offers a comprehensive guide to prospective purchasers exploring where to find the best location to suit their requirements. Uniquely, the system will find the five most suitable developments for the home buyer, explain what is available and outline the development and its homes as well as the local area. At certain major developments, a fact file will illustrate local schools (where they are located and their ranking in the school league tables), and a local area and amenities guide with shopping, leisure and entertainment facilities.

Bespoke Services includes three major areas. Firstly, ‘Selections’ provides an interactive showcase highlighting how a purchaser can customise their home, especially when buying a new home off plan, with the addition of items such as Jacuzzi baths, water softeners and additional brass switches to name but a few. Secondly, ‘Freedom to Move’ guides the prospective home buyer through services Countryside can provide to ease the stressful process of selling their own home and moving. Services include three separate part exchange schemes to aid customers in buying their new home. Lastly, ‘Peace of Mind’ describes the mortgage and financial advice Countryside can organise, free of charge, for purchasers through Independent Financial Advisers.

Buying New highlights the advantages of buying a new home and includes information on the NHBC warranty as well as a link to the NHBC website.

Step by Step is an informative, interactive guide through all the stages of buying a new home from reservation to exchanging contracts and completion.

News Centre provides an update on the latest news from all four of the Company’s regions: North Thames, South Thames, North West, and South West.

Information Service is where the potential purchaser can request further information to be sent to them on specific developments or other services such as part exchange.
