Designs reflecting the classic architecture of the Georgian era have been incorporated into homes at Linden Gardens, an exclusive development of just seven new executive homes by Countryside Residential (South Thames) Ltd. in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent which launches on the weekend of the 3rd and 4th June.

The 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses at Linden Gardens are set within established mature surroundings and follow four unique house designs. All of the homes include luxury features such as separate areas for formal and informal entertaining, dressing rooms attached to the master bedroom suites and 'Jack and Jill' bathrooms interconnecting children's bedrooms.

'The Cheltenham' is a five-bedroom townhouse with its own separate two-storey coach house with an 18'4" x 17'8" au pair/granny suite above a double garage. The three storey main house contains many elements akin to Georgian grandeur including a gracious stairway leading to the entrance, an ornate balcony and a triple aspect drawing room running the length of the house on the first floor.

Richard Rawson, Sales and Marketing Director of Countryside Residential (South Thames) Ltd., comments, "We have taken great care to design houses that reflect the grandeur of the Georgian terraces and colonnades which are beautifully preserved within Tunbridge Wells. The area is a superb location for families to live in, as the local schools have an excellent reputation and good road and rail links to London make it ideal for commuting."

Royal Tunbridge Wells first came to prominence in the C18th as a refuge for the aristocracy from the rigours of London life. Drawn by the restorative powers of the Chalybeate Spring, they commissioned leading architects to create the buildings, parks and gardens, many of which remain today. Within a short distance of the town there are numerous historical places of interest including Hever and Scotney Castles, Penshurst Place, Chartwell and Sissinghurst Gardens.

Linden Gardens is ideally situated for links to the M25, M20 and M26 and is approximately a 10 minute from the mainline train station which has a direct service to London Bridge (journey time approx. 45 mins.).

The houses will be released for sale ranging from approximately £400,000 to £700,000.
