Trevor Stack, from Worsley in Manchester, has been appointed as Building Manager whilst Martin Hodgkiss, from Bolton, and Mick Jones, from Liverpool, join the development team as Development Manager and Assistant Development Manager respectively. The new recruits have joined the award-winning company at a particularly exciting time, in its growth.
Managing Director of the company, Chris Crook, said: "Over the past few years we have been working to expand our operation in the North West. We have significantly increased our land bank and plan to open 2 major strategic sites in 2000, which will establish the Countryside name as a major player in the North West residential property market."
Countryside Residential (North West) Ltd is a subsiduary of Countryside Properties PLC which was founded in 1958 and began speculatively building in the North West in December 1997. Originally founded with just a handful of staff, the company now employs over 40 people at its Warrington headquarters.
