It is set in a picturesque location with footpaths and cycleways leading directly to both countryside and urban amenities which are almost on the doorstep. The houses have been carefully designed alongside the golf course, to reflect England's architectural heritage, using time-honoured materials such as stock brickwork, render and stone detailing."
Prince Regent Park is located in the Kings Hill Villages, on the outskirts of the historic town of West Malling, close to the M20 with direct access to the M25. A shuttle bus service operates between Kings Hill and West Malling mainline train station, which has direct links into London Victoria, Blackfriars and London Bridge (journey times vary from approx. 40 to 60 minutes).
