This weekend (27th August) the launch of 5,000 balloons will mark the opening of three stunning new show homes at Countryside Residential (North West) Ltd's Connaught Brook development, the first hamlet of new homes at the Wychwood Park community near Crewe.

Initial sales on this unique development are already exceeding all expectations and the opening of the show homes are sure to boost both visitor levels and sales even further.

The show homes - a 5-bedroomed detached Capesthorne , a 5-bedroomed detached Gawsworth and a 3-bedroomed, detached Gatehouse are typical of the superior craftsmanship and quality you can expect from Countryside.

Charles Meynell, Marketing Manager for the company, said: "This development is absolutely unique and the opening of our show homes, together with our superb state-of-the-art marketing centre and design suite will provide potential purchasers with all the information they need."

"Connaught Brook is remarkable in every way, and is the first step towards
the exceptional community Wychwood Park will eventually become. Apart from the beautiful homes, designed to integrate with local architectural styles, Wychwood Park has its own PGA standard 18 hole-golf course and in due course will feature an hotel and full club house facilities.

At midday on Sunday 27th August, special guest, four year old Rachel Perris will release 5,000 Countryside balloons to officially open the show homes. Some balloons have been allocated to win special prizes. Any one who finds one of these distinctive light blue balloons bearing the Countryside logo, should telephone 01925 248900 to register their name and telephone number to see if they are in possession of a winning balloon.

Rachel, from Coppenhall, Crewe has suffered from a stomach condition since she was three weeks old, which prevents her from feeding normally and has been in and out of both Leighton and Alder Hey Hospitals. After two major operations, Rachel recently enjoyed some ice-cream for the first time and is now on the road to recovery.

"We're looking forward to seeing lots of people at our launch event," adds Charles Meynell. "Wychwood Park is proving to be a very popular choice for home-buyers not just in the North West, but from around the country. The opening of our new show homes will complete our outstanding marketing complex on the development and we look forward to meeting more potential purchasers this Bank Holiday weekend.
