Our proven commitment to socially responsible development has once again been recognised by Green Card

Countryside Properties' continuing leadership of ethical and environmental issues within the development industry has been illustrated by the Green Card report, which for the second year running has awarded the Group the full 5 stars, against a sector average of just 3 stars.
Green Card is a service by Manifest and Environmental Governance Ltd which rates top UK Companies on ethical and environmental issues, on behalf of institutional investors. The assessment criteria involves all aspects of corporate management including policy, board responsibility, environmental management system and environmental performance; as well as employee communication, shareholder reporting, financial provisions, regulation & legal action, charitable & political donations and year on year reporting.
