The Company, which has gained a reputation as an innovative, responsible developer, has just opened new offices in Newbury to concentrate on key counties in the South.
Gary Freeman, Managing Director of Countryside Properties' residential division, comments, "We have been creating innovative, high quality developments in sought after locations for more than 40 years. The growing demand for, and subsequent success of the company has meant that we are now looking to pastures new, including Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Dorset."
He continues, "Our Director, Matthew Gough, a valued and experienced member of the Company, is heading the team at the new Newbury offices and he's overseeing new business acquisitions in the area. Being on the spot allows us to build relationships with local landowners, gain further knowledge of the best locations and the most skilled craftsmen. These are some of the secrets of the success of our other regions, and I believe the formula will work just as well at our Newbury office."
Matthew Gough comments, "I am really excited about this new venture. Business is going very well in our other regions, so it seemed a natural progression to branch out. We already have a valued reputation throughout our current areas of operation so it will be a challenge to build up a similar reputation somewhere we are not well known. I am confident that given time, the Countryside product will be as well recognised here as it is in our other regions."
