Copthorn Homes, part of Countryside Properties PLC, recently won the following awards at the International Property Awards Ceremony, which took place at Ascot Racecourse on 14th November 2002:
- 'Best Property Website' for South Quarter, London
- 'Best Show Home' in the Classical Category for the 'Saxon' at Brooches Mead, Hertfordshire.
