Countryside Properties PLC, announce that Michael Pearce, Finance Director, is to retire from the Board at the end of this month, after 30 years with the Group. The Board would like to express their thanks for his contribution during that time and wish him a happy and enjoyable retirement.
Michael will be succeeded by Wendy Colgrave BA(Hons) FCA, currently Group Chief Accountant. Wendy, aged 37, joined the Group in 1991. She has over recent years assumed an increasingly important role in the financial management of the Group.
