A prestigious new development of town houses and semi-detached properties received an outstanding welcome at a special preview in Cardiff last weekend.

Scores of house-hunters flocked to Wedal Road, where 39 three and four-bedroom houses are now being constructed by Countryside Residential (South West) Ltd.

Countryside Residential Regional Sales and Marketing Manager Nina Pelaou said the sales team were now discussing details with more than 50 potential customers, who registered a positive interest over the show weekend when the first five houses went on sale.

"We are delighted with the response we received. Our potential customers are obviously very impressed with the high specification and quality of our new homes," she said.

"They were particularly interested in a special feature of some of the town houses, which have the living room, dining room and large kitchen-breakfast room on the same floor for convenient living.

"We are convinced that this development is ideal for those either looking to move into Cardiff from outside or city-lovers wanting to move to a modern new home."

The development is only a short walk from the popular Roath Park, local shops and the Cardiff High School. It comprises 25 three-storey town houses and 14 three and four-bedroom semi-detached properties.

The town houses feature master bedrooms with ensuite facilities, as well as an exceptional specification and integral garages.

Whilst Countryside has been gradually extending its operations in the region over the last three years, this is the Company's first development in Cardiff.
