At the What House? Awards 2008, which were held at the Grosvenor House hotel in London on Friday 21st November, Countryside Properties received the silver award in the ‘Best Large Housebuilder’ category.
The judges of the What House? Awards commented, “Countryside Properties is a NextGeneration sustainable champion, setting the new homes standard. Design is very much what makes Countryside tick. The firm’s homes sit well in their environment and contribute to a sense of community. Another fine all-round year for Countryside.”
The What House? Awards are the most highly respected symbols of prestige and excellence in housebuilding. A panel of property experts independently judges the shortlisted entrants. This Best Large Housebuilder Award is open to companies building at least 1,000 homes a year and every aspect of their performance from design, product range, build quality, value for money, marketing, after-sales service and customer care was assessed.
