Countryside Properties' commitment to the scheme clearly demonstrates its concerns for the communities in which they operate.

Countryside Properties PLC has been awarded four national awards by the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) at a recent ceremony held in London. The Group received the awards for 'South at Didsbury Point' in West Didsbury, Manchester, 'The Vistas' at 'Wychwood Park' in Cheshire, 'The Academy' in Vauxhall, London and 'South Quarter' in Peckham, London.
In addition following the awards deadline, 'Royal Victoria Park' in Bristol has received a 100% CCS score. It is the first development in the Group to be given this rare level of recognition.
The Considerate Constructors Scheme is a government backed initiative to minimise the disruption and general inconvenience sometimes caused by construction sites, throughout the UK, thereby improving the image of construction. Since its formation the scheme has conducted 10,000 site visits throughout the UK.
Graham Cherry, Chief Executive of Countryside Properties, comments, "As a socially responsible developer we have registered all of our sites to the Considerate Constructors Scheme. I am delighted to have received four awards for our achievements as they illustrate the dedication of our construction teams and our efforts as a company towards continuous improvement."
