Purpose of the Job
Provide CDM-C support for a number of appointments. The role will require site visits and inspections as well as management system support.
Main Tasks
- Provide CDMC Assistance
- Produce Pre Information Packs
- Assist in the development of Health & Safety Files
- Attend Desgin Team Meetings
- Carrying out site inspections & site visits.
Knowledge and Skills
Member of APS
In-depth understanding of CDM Regulations
Experience in producing Pre Construction Information Packs and Health & Safety Files
Construction and build process knowledge
Awareness of Design stages
Health & Safety hazard identification experience on construction sites
Responsible to
David Hudson, Head of Health and Safety
