Moat, in partnership with Countryside Properties, is currently working on a £60m regeneration of Christian Fields, a project which will replace lifetime expired housing with 425 high quality mixed tenure new homes.

Residents at Christian Fields have been involved in the designs of the new homes with local exhibitions and representation on planning groups. The new homes reflect resident preferences for a traditional style of family home. Tenants who wish to stay at Christian Fields are guaranteed one of the new homes and home owners will be able to sell their homes to the developers at market value. Those who wish to remain are offered one of the new homes through an 'equity share' programme.

Work on the first phase of new homes is now well underway.
