Coopers Road, Southwark, London
Countryside Properties has undertaken a £19m estate regeneration scheme, Coopers Road, which was part of the Southwark Estates Initiative. It involved the phased replacement of four 1960's blocks with 154 new flats and houses for rent and shared ownership for the Peabody Trust. It received a CABE Building for Life Silver Standard in 2008.
