The Peckham Partnership was one of the country's largest urban regeneration schemes, involving the redevelopment of the former Five Estates in Peckham, South East London to provide a mixed tenure community.
London Wide Initiative
The London Wide Initiative (LWI), which is being promoted by the Homes and Communities Agency, will deliver around 4,000 new mixed-tenure homes across London over the next four years. Countryside Properties is leading one of three Consortia responsible for delivery of the LWI with our main partners Hyde, Metropolitan and Presentation Housing Associations.

Stonebridge Estate, Harlesden, London
Countryside Properties is currently undertaking the £71m regeneration of the Stonebridge Estate, working in partnership with Stonebridge Housing Action Trust (HAT) and Hyde Housing Group. The redevelopment will include the provision of 603 new homes for rent and shared ownership.
Coopers Road, Southwark, London
Countryside Properties has undertaken a £19m estate regeneration scheme, Coopers Road, which was part of the Southwark Estates Initiative. It involved the phased replacement of four 1960's blocks with 154 new flats and houses for rent and shared ownership for the Peabody Trust. It received a Building for Life Silver Standard in 2008.
Nightingale Estate, Hackney, London
The Millennium Plus project which is being developed by Southern Housing Group and built by Countryside Properties is one of the earliest pioneers of modern methods of construction.
Longwood Park, Slough
Countryside Properties has completed over £30m of new build and refurbishment works at Longwood Park, previously known as the Common Road Estate, Langley in Slough.
Braintree Housing Partnership
350 new homes have been provided through an innovative partnering agreement that brings together the local authority, a consortium of housing associations and Countryside Properties.
Poplar HARCA, Tower Hamlets, London
Countryside Properties has been working with Poplar Housing and Regeneration Community Association (HARCA) and East Thames Housing Group, since 1998, on the regeneration of a number of estates in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
