Priors Green is a new community in the strategically important Stansted Airport area.  The 90 acre site for around 720 new mixed-tenure homes is one mile from Stansted Airport. 

The development is set within the rural landscape of Little Canfield and Takeley just minutes away from Stansted Airport, the M11 and the new A120. 

The predominantly traditionally designed family homes are set amongst a high quality landscaped environment which includes two landscaped ponds at the entrance to the development and tree-lined avenues.

The scheme also includes a neighbourhood centre providing retail and community facilities, community hall, 10 acres of public open space including provision for sport and recreation, and a site for a new primary school.

An enhanced bus service between Great Dunmow and Bishop's Stortford is being provided, as well as financial contributions towards the community and traffic calming in the vicinity.
