65 town houses and apartments with 6,000 sq ft of retail space.

This former bus depot on the Mile End Road has been transformed into a mixed-use development, comprising 65 townhouses and apartments, together with 6,000 sq ft of retail space.

The contemporary design is set in juxtaposition to Grade 1 listed Almhouses on the edge of a conservation area. The brownfield scheme was commended by the former Royal Fine Arts Commission as “a shining example of modern architecture”.
