Description
The scheme encompasses the construction of a mixed-use development including two predominantly residential buildings with two levels of basement car parking and one predominantly commercial office building with ancillary retail, cafes, bars and restaurants, covered public space, open public space, public realm works and landscaping.
The office building will provide 140,000 sq. ft. (gross) of Grade A space over ten floors of accommodation. Typical floor plates will provide 10,943 sq. ft. (net) of accommodation. The building has been design generally to BCO standards and will achieve a BREEAM rating of 'Excellent'.
There is 77,440 (GIA) sq. ft. of retail space at ground floor level spread underneath the three blocks which provides the overall scheme with a mix of A1/A3/A4 uses. The basement car park includes 106 commercial spaces available for purchase with the office building.
