We will provide the foodstore shell beneath Block D.  250 basement car parking spaces will also be provided for customer uses.

The foodstore will initially be provided to deliver 40,000 sq. ft. of accommodation.  The potential incorporation of a mezzanine level could increase the floor area to 72,500 sq. ft.

We will provide shop fronts as part of the works.
