The Cambridge Biomedical Campus, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

The Cambridge Biomedical Campus is an international centre of excellence in biomedical research, providing unparalled commercial opportunities located on 56 hectares (140 acres) site within the city of Cambridge. The Medical Research Council has chosen the Campus for its new 25,000 sq m Laboratory of Molecular Biology and Papworth Hospital has also announced its intention to relocate to the Campus. Roger Pederson, world renowned Professor in regenerative medicine at the University of Cambridge’s Department of Surgery, has also been appointed Director of the new Anne McLaren Laboratory for Regenerative Medicine that has been recently opened on the Campus.
