The Braintree Housing Partnership was a unique initiative to generate a 'volume programme' from an existing s106 Planning Agreement in Braintree, Essex.
350 new mixed-tenure homes have been provided on a mixture of private and council owned sites through an innovative partnering agreement that brings together the local authority, a consortium of housing associations and Countryside Properties.
The 350th home was built at our 'Eclipse' development which comprises 59 houses and apartments for shared ownership and afforable rent for Home Group and Flagship Housing association, together with 62 homes for private sale.
