Springhead Park, Ebbsfleet Valley, Kent


In a joint venture with Land Securities, Countryside Properties is developing the first phase of Ebbsfleet Valley at Springhead Park in North Kent.

The partners are striving to create a vibrant and exciting new community with a total of over 600 contemporary style new homes from one and two bedroom apartments to two, three and four bedroom homes. 25% of the homes will be available through housing associations as affordable homes. Facilities include a two and a half acre formal park, community centre, place of worship, a doctor’s surgery, primary school and 15 acres of informal parkland.

Springhead Park is located in the heart of the regeneration of Kent Thameside just a ten minute walk from Ebbsfleet International.  Eurostar trains offer international services and High Speed 1 brings Central London within a 17 minute journey time and Stratford in 12 minutes.

The first properties at Springhead Park were occupied in Summer 2008 and as at July 2010, 118 new homes have been completed.
