Skyline 120, Braintree, Essex


Skyline 120 will provide over 500,000 sq ft of industrial/warehouse, office and hotel accommodation making it one of the most significant employment parks in Essex.

Skyline 120Over 345,000 sq ft of warehouse and office space has been developed to date and the next phase of the development will increase the park to over 500,000 sq ft.

Businesses have been attracted to Skyline 120 by a combination of factors including its accessible location, high quality landscaped and masterplanned environment and well specified and designed buildings. Flexibility is also key with a wide range of accommodation available to suit all sizes and types of businesses, freehold or leasehold.

Skyline 120 is located in a highly prominent position at the junction of the new A120 dual carriageway and the A131, some 15 minutes from Stansted Airport and the M11.  The development forms the latest phase of a major development by Countryside Properties including the award winning Great Notley where we have built and completed 2,000 new homes, a Tesco Superstore, neighbourhood centre and country park.

Some of the businesses already attracted to Skyline 120 include Delamode, Majesty House Ltd, TR Skyline 120Fastenings, Cogne (UK) Ltd and Urmet Group, and a 67,270 sq ft distribution warehouse is under construction for Coopers of Stortford.

Skyline 120 features strong sustainability credentials. All phases incorporate high sustainability and environmental construction standards to help reduce carbon emissions and running costs. The latest phase, Nexus, will also incorporate renewable energy to further reduce carbon emissions.
